I had a problem with my 2500 duramax on vacation on a trip to California. I came home and talked to Shiloh and he took the truck in after reading the dealer invoice from California and found the problem and resolved it very quickly to get me back on the road. Between Shiloh and the Service Tech I could not be happier.

Great dealership in Shawnee! I've used the service department for years and they've always done a great job and treated us very well. In fact, I went in for an oil change and drove home with a new truck! Cole and Chuck did a great job showing me the different styles and options of trucks they had on the lot and did a great job walking me through the buying process without applying any pressure. Janine in the financing office really knows her stuff too! Great job everyone!
