The tires were not checked and the car was not washed. The reason I get coopercare is to get my tires rotated and the air checked, to get the oil changed and filter replaced, and to get my car washed

I came home and talked to Shiloh and he took the truck in after reading the dealer invoice from California and found the problem and resolved it very quickly to get me back on the road. Between Shiloh and the Service Tech I could not be happier.

Cole and Chuck did a great job showing me the different styles and options of trucks they had on the lot and did a great job walking me through the buying process without applying any pressure.
